Lily McLaughlin

Lily works with adults across the lifespan and supports clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and communication difficulties, school or work-related stress, low self-esteem, and codependent relationship dynamics.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, grounded, and insight-oriented, with a focus on helping clients better understand not only what they are experiencing, but why certain emotional, behavioral, and relational patterns may continue to emerge in their lives. She integrates cognitive and body-based interventions to support whole-person healing, while encouraging thoughtful reflection, emotional awareness, and practical change.

I bring to our therapeutic relationship decades of experience helping children, adolescents and their caregivers navigate challenges that arise within family, school, and social settings. My areas of interest include children and adults with ADHD and processing disorders, anxiety/depression, life stage transitions, sexual orientation and gender identity.

Sydney Dranow

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. Building a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship and fostering self-compassion is central to my work. I work with adolescents and adults and welcome clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, life stressors, and personal challenges, while helping them build self-compassion, resilience, and confidence through life’s difficulties.
My therapeutic approach is primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating techniques from a variety of modalities, including mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and experiences to support meaningful growth and lasting change.

Dr. Matthew Stone
PsyD

Dr. Stone specializes in child, adolescent, and family therapy, with particular expertise in autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and related emotional and behavioral challenges. He is highly trained in trauma-focused care and also works extensively with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, mood-related difficulties, and significant behavioral concerns.
Dr. Stone has extensive training and experience in psychological and neurodevelopment assessment, particularly in the evaluation of autism spectrum disorder and ADHD. This background continues to inform his clinical work and his understanding of each child’s unique developmental, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral profile.
His clinical orientation is rooted in attachment theory and trauma-informed care and incorporates current research in neuropsychology, child development, and mental health. Dr. Stone takes a strengths-based, collaborative approach to therapy and works closely with children and families to develop interventions that are both clinically meaningful and practical in everyday life. Depending on a child’s developmental needs and interests, he may incorporate play and creative approaches alongside cognitive-behavioral, attachment-focused, and other integrative therapeutic interventions.

Sarah-Beth works with adults navigating grief, particularly complex grief, as well as trauma, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal challenges. She takes a person-centered approach, creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. She also draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in developing greater insight, coping skills, and meaningful change.
